Okay, that mustardgun is super-effective! Is it firing gravy?

(The gravy reference is from Schlock mercenary where they use gravity projectors as defense, utility, and weapons, and when used liberally as a weapon is refereed to as “ladling on the gravy”.)

I have to say, the projectiles look like a squirt of ultra-high velocity mustard. Loving it!

doesn’t help that virgil’s gun looks like a hot dog. maybe i’m not creative, maybe i’m just hungry…

So, in about two seconds, we’re gonna be down to virgil, hole-guy, and the guy in the… digger, thing. I dunno what construction vehicles are called… meh. Well, boss guy might still be alive and bleeding out off to the left of panel two… it’s only been like, 15 seconds or something, come to think of it. Was that the only car that guy just took off with? Gotta love forcing a confrontation. Also, that sure looks painful. Well, at least he won’t be feeling the giant hole in his shoulder in a few seconds. Wonder what 8A stands for.

i referred to the thing as a ‘poler’ earlier, but aside from what it’s doing now, i have no idea what it would be used for. i think the trick is to put that kind of stuff out there, and let the imagination run wild. same with ‘8A’. who knows? but that’s part of making a world seem large. don’t explain everything, ya know?

but it’s good if people are curious!

I’m the type that always wants to know everything, but yeah, I like all the little details in this comic. Makes me wanna go inside the world and find out how everything works there lol. Not that I’d want to live there, from what we’ve seen of it so far, heh.

I think that punch through the shoulder is awesome. (Panel 4 , The best “OH SHIT!” moment EVER.)

Let’s imagine that he’s looking at the side of the thing and seeing a warning in bold, but fine print:

“NOTE: If in firefight, only pull pin when in a position of cover.”

haha, that’s really very good. wish i thought of it. one last insult to injury before the ‘big goodbye’.
