    Disarmed twice in one day…

That’s enough to make a feller lose his grin.

Uh oh. Looks like Johnny 5 has had enough of their shit!

Sad thing is a lot of people probably don’t get the Johnny 5 reference nowadays…

He finally realized that Asimov’s laws are just propaganda.

Wow. He’s pretty serious about his knowledge!! Now if we’re can just figure out ~what he knows… and oh. I guess that one-armed dude is now a bit handicapped.

    LOL

Well, having can arm ripped off can lead to bleeding out in a couple minutes. Not sure there’s a real doctor or even a medic on site. With nothing to apply a tourniquet to and direct pressure not really doing much to stop arterial bleeding, I’m not sure it would matter a whole lot if there were.

But then, then’s a limit to the realism I want in my fiction. Dual robot arms with conflicting UIs could be a fun avenue to explore…

i mean, there’s a limit to realism, sure. cause you’re trying to suspend disbelief. but you still want to work within the confines of the world you’ve created. so, i think that if i did something obvious and outrageous, without at least coming up with a pretty good reason why it works, my readers might think i used a lazy narrative device.

i hope you guys have enough faith in me that i’m not going to jump the shark on you.
