    I’ve been re-reading the comic lately, which is hugely rewarding because it’s easier to remember who’s who and see where things are going.

    I’m also catching things I missed originally. For example, I just noticed that Owen’s father is very clearly gritting his teeth in panel 5 to keep from shrieking. Great stuff!

      haha, good eye. most of that kind of thing is stuff you’re not really supposed to notice, but your brain does.

      i think of his voice as being like through a phonograph. little skips and all. not like a radio, but like full on low quality vinyl. but that’s just my take.

    That’s a very valid answer. He’s bad enough I had to tell you not to scream when you saw him sets the expectations at terrible. Which he then shatters rather expertly.

      haha, yeah, that’s not much of prep, but it’s better than nothing. blind dating in the future will be like this.
