Sorry, are we to read that that’s younger Alice along with Owen hanging out in the “goon’s gallery”?

Just re-read from the beginning, great work all around.

glad you’re enjoying a reread! yup, that’s alice, but no, that’s not owen. this is all happening in the past, before a big shake up that’s been alluded to, so i thought it was reasonable we’d see some people who may not have made it to the present. back when angel still had all his face.

I am definitely liking boss Ari. All that hate. All that haaaaaaaaaaaaate.

As for boss Terro, did you ever play Huntdown? I hear Mow Man’s voice in my head for Terro’s lines. Is it safe to assume he’s as classy sounding as his conspicuously superfluous use of a cigarette holder implies, or is it just a means of keeping a stabbing weapon hidden in plain sight?

actually, boss terro is a gal! not that robots have gender, but since all the other robots have male names, and would most likely have male voices, why not do one in the past who presented more feminine? that’s why they have a bit more of a graceful physique and facial design. see, i wanted to have a female boss, but i also liked the idea of a robot boss, so, there we are.

the cigarette holder is just there cause it’s a cool affectation for a super fancy robot. haha

Ah, the suit threw me. It’d have to be a robot to stand out as a girl boss, because the Queen in the Sky is a nightmare of an act to follow.
