oh yeah, of course! love that movie. i have to admit, that unger was probably in some way influenced by that story. also, a kind of dystopia which reduces people to meat seems like that ultimate indignity. great stuff.

It’s just always nice to see a professional who takes pride and pleasure in his work. The Butcher is a jolly kind of guy.

Hi, when I go to the home page tab I dont see the title template or meta description, all it says is home page & front page and a link to edit the front page itself. I have heard that for seo to work editing the home page itself is not going to work?

“I’m not gonna tell ya, ’cause I’m loyal to my bosses, who’ve just screwed me over! Oh, wait…”

Yeah, long pork sausage. Time to go watch Soylent Green again! Classic science fiction, great story.

I always wondered about what goes through someone’s head when they’re on the butcher’s block, literally in this case. How long does that bravado last when your nails go, then your toes? He might not be feeling his hands, but his feet are going be live. And then, of course, are all of the nerve endings in your mouth. Ghost in the Shell made a few remarks about dental torture.

      my goodness….. that got dark.

yeah, old boy had an especially chilling dental torture scene.

And now for our Life of Butcher fluffy and loving torture scene…

When don’t torture scenes get dark? It’s freaking torture! Called that for a reason, and all. There’s a few videos on YouTube about exploring the nooks and crannies of old European castles. There are sometimes bones and skulls in those oubliettes. I’ve been to the Salzburg castle, and the guide showed us where they put you when they really didn’t like you.

          what’s life of butcher?

here’s the thing, and i know you agree with me, and i’ll prove it. i do believe you can do as much or more, with implying, not showing. i might show a blood spurt here and there, but ultimately, the goriest stuff is left to your imagination. how do i know you agree? you went to a castle, and were mesmerized and/or horrified, by what you imagined happened there so many years ago. i think great writers (some day man… some day) can use your imagination to do the work.

Did you ever read about Alfred Hitchcock’s elevator story? Go and do a search for it, it’s fabulous!
